1. Positions announced
The Election Committee publishes the positions, requirements and timetable.
2. Nominate yourself
Eligible members submit a statement, CV and photo through the member portal.
3. Screening
The committee screens every nomination and publishes the list of qualified candidates.
4. Vote securely on aptavoting.com
Each eligible member receives a personal, single-use voting link by email. One member, one vote — anonymous and verifiable.
